Upload documents or scrape your website and Awentail remembers everything. Content is split into chunks, vector embeddings are generated, and stored in a vector database. When a visitor asks a question — whether by chat or phone — the system uses hybrid search with AI reranking to generate an accurate answer.

You get a dedicated phone number (via Twilio) answered by AI with a natural voice from ElevenLabs. It picks up, introduces itself with your business name, answers questions from your knowledge base, captures contact details, and can book appointments on the spot. Every call is transcribed and you get an AI summary. The voice assistant can share its knowledge base with your chatbot.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Documents, conversations, and call recordings are isolated at the account level. We use PostgreSQL with pgvector, never share data with third parties, and offer self-service data export and account deletion (GDPR).

Each voice plan includes a monthly minute allowance. Overage is billed at €0.25/min (€0.20 on Enterprise) with a hard monthly cap of €25 (€100 on Enterprise), so a bug or attack can't run up your bill. Plans also have a daily cap as a runaway-protection safety net.

Yes. Invite teammates to your account by email. The owner controls billing and plan; teammates get access to assistants, conversations, contacts, and bookings. We also support "log in as user" for your support team.
