Awentail bills in three categories — you can subscribe to any combination:

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Starter chat plan, no credit card required. Voice AI has a separate 14-day trial (30 included minutes). Bundle plans also begin with a 14-day trial.

Annual billing

All paid plans support annual billing (paid yearly, displayed as per-month). You save roughly 15 % compared to monthly. Toggle Monthly / Annual on the pricing page or in SettingsBilling.

Bundle plans are cheaper than buying chat + voice separately and the voice assistant can share its knowledge base with your chatbot, so you upload documents only once.

Trial mechanics

Upgrade, downgrade, cancel

  1. SettingsBillingManage subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal
  2. Update payment method, change plan, or cancel
  3. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
  4. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — your bots and data stay; if you exceed the lower plan’s limit, you simply can’t create new ones until you’re within range

Invoicing

Stripe handles all invoicing. At checkout you can enter your VAT / tax ID and billing address — these appear on every invoice and credit memo.

Plan FAQ

Do you bill in CZK or EUR? Both. The pricing page detects your locale; you can also switch currency in Settings → Billing. Your subscription is locked to the currency you chose at checkout.

Can I switch between chat / voice / bundle? Yes. Open Stripe Customer Portal and pick the new plan. We pro-rate the difference for the current period.

What if I exceed conversation / call limits? Chat: extra conversations are paused until the next period or upgrade. Voice: overage minutes are billed at €0.25/min up to the monthly cap.
